Hyundai Creta N Line Launch Confirmed For March 11, 2024 | V3Cars
Hyundai’s recent invite to the media has obvious hints of a new N Line car launch on March 11. While it doesn’t explicitly reveal details of the event, we’re fairly confident that it has something to do with the Creta N Line.
Update (Feb 26, 2024): We got confirmation from our sources within Hyundai India that they will launch the Creta N Line on March 11, 2024. We have updated the article to reflect the change. Given the ambiguous nature of the invite and the fact that we didn't have a confirmation of launch, we chose to report it to the best of our knowledge as we expected it to be either a launch or a reveal.
Hyundai Creta N Line To Get Manual, Automatic Transmission Options
When launched, the Creta N Line will become Hyundai’s third N Line model in the country after the i20 and Venue. The Creta N Line will feature Hyundai’s 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that puts out 160PS of power and 253Nm of torque. According to the SUV’s type approval document, the Creta N Line will be offered in 2 variants – N8 and N10 – and both are likely to get manual as well as DCT automatic transmission options. We managed to get our hands on a copy of the approval document. The fact that Hyundai got the type approval with ARAI suggests that they are very likely to bring the N Line manual with both the trims.
A few weeks ago the Hyundai Creta N Line was spied undisguised during its TVC shoot. It revealed the Creta N Line’s revised front fascia over the recently-launched Creta facelift. The Creta N Line gets a different front bumper with a rectangular front grille that features a honeycomb pattern. The new grille is not only slimmer but also gets ‘NLine’ lettering on the left. The other visual difference between the Creta N Line and the Creta facelift’s standard variants is the presence of red accents on the lower half of the exterior. It also gets a revised rear bumper that features dual exhaust tips and faux rear diffuser finished in gloss black.

On the inside, the Hyundai Creta N Line was spotted with an all-black interior with red accents and stitching for a sporty ambience. The spy shots show a thick red band running across the lower half of the dual screens and the gear lever boot with red stitching. Last but not least, the Creta N Line gets the sportier N Line steering wheel from the i20 N Line and Venue N Line rather than the 4-spoke steering wheel found in the standard Creta.
