Hyundai India opened bookings for the new Exter on 8 May, 2023. Since bookings opened, Hyundai have garnered over 11,000 bookings for the small SUV. Read on to know the powertrain-wise booking breakdown.

Hyundai revealed that out of the 11,000 bookings, the automatic variants account for 38% while CNG variants account for 20%. Furthermore, Hyundai officials expect the bookings tally to go up considerably thanks to the attractive introductory prices. Bookings for the Exter are open across all Hyundai dealerships for a token amount of Rs. 11,000.

At the front, the Exter offers a split LED headlight setup like other Hyundai SUVs. The LED DRLs up front as well as the tail lamps at the rear feature H-shaped lighting elements. The main headlamps sit in a rectangular cluster lower down on the bumper. Around the side, the Exter offers machined 15-inch alloy wheels, chunky roof rails and flared rear fenders. At the rear, the tailgate gets H-shaped LED tail lights and a prominent skid plate, which completes the SUV look.
The Hyundai Exter offers a couple of interesting features like an electric sunroof, digital instrument cluster, dual-camera dash cam, 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless smartphone charger, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and cruise control.
