Let’s first look at the prices of both the cars for the petrol-manual powertrain.
The Renault Kiger’s petrol-manual range costs between Rs. 6.5 lakh and Rs. 10.23 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tata Tigor’s petrol-manual range costs between Rs. 6.30 lakh and Rs. 8.00 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Kiger’s 9 petrol-automatic variants cost between Rs. 7.10 lakh and Rs. 11.23 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tigor’s 3 petrol-automatic variants cost between Rs. 7.45 lakh and Rs. 8.60 lakh (ex-showroom).
Renault Kiger is not available with a CNG-manual powertrain. The Tigor CNG-manual is available in 4 variants with prices ranging from Rs. 7.80 lakh to Rs. 8.95 lakh (ex-showroom).
Both the Renault Kiger and Tata Tigor are not available with a CNG-automatic powertrain, nor with any diesel engine options.

Renault Kiger Vs Tata Tigor Dimension Comparison
The Renault Kiger is an SUV while the Tata Tigor is a sedan. The Kiger is 3991mm long, 1750mm wide and 1605mm tall. The Kiger’s wheelbase is 2500mm long. The Tigor measures 3993mm long, 1677mm wide and 1532mm tall and has a wheelbase measuring 2450mm. In terms of dimensions, the Renault Kiger is considerably larger than the Tata Tigor. So, the Kiger will offer a stronger road presence than the Tigor.
The Kiger has a ground clearance of 205mm while the Tigor has a ground clearance of 170mm. The 405-litre boot space of the Kiger is 14 litres smaller than that of the Tigor.
The Renault Kiger is available with 2 petrol engines - a 1.0L normal petrol and a 1.0L turbo petrol engine. The 1.0L normal petrol gets a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT automatic transmission, while the 1.0L turbo petrol is available with a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic transmission.

The Tata Tigor is only available with a 1.2L normal CNG engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. This engine makes 73PS of power at 6000rpm and 95Nm of torque at 3500rpm.
