
Skoda launched the Rapid Rider back in May 2020 but stopped accepting its bookings in September 2020 in order to cope with its high demand. Now, Skoda has relaunched the base-spec Rapid Rider and it is priced at Rs 7.79 lakh, at a premium of Rs 30,000 over its launch price of Rs 7.49 lakh (ex-showroom India).

Volvo debuted the third-gen S60 in India in November 2020. The carmaker has now officially started accepting pre-launch bookings for the sedan. While we will have to wait till March 2021 to know the exact price of the new S60, Volvo is offering the new sedan at an introductory price of Rs 45.9 lakh for a limited number of bookings made online. The deliveries of cars booked during January and February will commence from mid-March.

Mercedes Benz launched the GLC facelift in India in December 2019 and since its launch, it has been a hit becoming the best selling SUV in the carmaker’s portfolio in 2020. Building on success, Mercedes has now updated the SUV for the year 2021. It is available in two variants: GLC 200 Progressive and GLC 220d 4M Progressive priced at Rs 57.40 lakh and 63.15 lakh (ex-showroom India), respectively.

Jeep unveiled the 2021 Compass facelift on 7 January 2021 and the carmaker is now all set to launch the SUV on 27 January 2021. While the launch is still a few weeks away, variant-wise details of the SUV have leaked online.

Tata has officially unveiled the performance-oriented version of the petrol Altroz christened, the Altroz iTurbo. Bookings for the turbocharged Altroz are already underway for a token amount of Rs 11,000 and it will go on sale on 22 January 2021.

BMW has started accepting pre-launch bookings for the long-wheelbase version of the 3 Series sedan for a token amount of Rs 50,000. Christened the 3 Series Gran Limousine, the sedan is scheduled to go on sale on 21 January 2021.

Tata recently confirmed that the Gravitas will be called the Safari and it will go on sale on 26 January 2021. Now, a leaked image has confirmed that series production for the Safari is already underway.
