Back in 2015, Maruti Suzuki launched its premium customer service concept, Nexa, with the launch of the S-Cross crossover. Today, the Nexa range includes models such as the Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz and the XL6. Sadly, the S-Cross fell out of flavour a few years after it was launched and its sales have been falling ever since. In fact, Maruti did not produce a single unit of the S-Cross in July and August. Hence, we can safely say that Maruti have discontinued the S-Cross premium crossover. Spy pics of the second generation of the Nexa S-Cross from Maruti Suzuki recently surfaced online giving us a good look at the crossover. The images completely reveal the exterior design of the new car. Judging by the looks, the S-Cross is in for a major redesign. The crossover has shed a lot of its hatchback/crossover styling and now has a boxy-er lines to appeal to the butch SUV buyers.
